Job Title: Dispatch Executive
Department: SCM – Store & Dispatch
Location: Pirana Factory, Ahmedabad

Timings- 9 to 5.30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Machinery Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day dispatch activities, including packing follow-up, documentation, transporter coordination, e-invoice/e-way bill generation, customer communication, and dispatch reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Check daily pending dispatch list and plan dispatch activities.
- Generate pick slips and coordinate with Store, PPC, Sales, Packing Team, and Transporters.
- Prepare e-invoice, e-way bill, LR, and required dispatch documents.
- Coordinate packing, loading, transporter handover, and delivery follow-up.
- Share invoice and LR details with customers after dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch records and submit invoices to Accounts.
- Compare courier/transport charges and support cost-effective dispatch planning.




- Prepare daily and monthly dispatch reports.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of e-invoice and e-way bill generation.
- Good understanding of dispatch, logistics, and transporter coordination.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Email, CRM/ERP/DataDoc or similar system.
- Positive communication and follow-up skills.
- Accuracy in documentation and record keeping.
- Ability to supervise packing/loading activities.

Candidate Profile

The candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling dispatch documentation, urgent dispatches, customer coordination, and transport follow-up in a manufacturing company.
