Visualization:
Generate realistic 3D renderings and visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
Documentation:
Prepare comprehensive documentation including drawings, schedules, and specifications for construction and installation purposes.
Coordination:
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Project Management:
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design solutions.
Client Communication:
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their feedback, address concerns, and provide updates throughout the design process.
Continued Learning:
Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices to enhance design skills and proficiency with SketchUp, Revit, and 3D Max.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve design challenges and technical issues that may arise during the design and implementation phases of projects.
Skills Needed:
- Independent working ability and self motivated person
- Good knowledge of the Industry trends and updated on new designs
- Good Communication skills with able to communicate her ideas to the clients.
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in stream with a Diploma in Interior design is required
- 2. Any Certificate course in software like Revit/3D Max/ Sketch up
Experience needed:
2 years of experience in residential interior designing and done independent designing
Experience in commercial designing will be added advantage
