Job Summary

Drive business for diagnostic laboratory services or diagnostic equipment by developing referral networks with doctors, clinics and hospitals. Build consistent referral relationships while supporting service quality and achieving monthly referral and test volume targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, clinics and hospitals to promote diagnostic laboratory services.
- Explain test panels, report turnaround times, home collection services and pricing.
- Convert referring doctors and clinics into consistent referral sources.
- Promote diagnostic equipment such as analysers, reagents and consumables where applicable.
- Coordinate sample pickup logistics and report delivery timelines.




- Handle doctor and patient complaints related to reports and service quality.
- Conduct health camp tie-ups and awareness programmes with clinics.
- Monitor competitor laboratories, including pricing, turnaround time and service quality.

Requirements

- Any Graduate; life-science or medical background preferred.
- 0–4 years of experience in diagnostic or healthcare sales.
- Knowledge of diagnostic/laboratory sales.
- Referral network development skills.
- Basic clinical knowledge of test panels and disease areas.
- Customer complaint-handling skills.
- Route planning and field-sales skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence, with Tamil communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,800.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
