About the Role

The Brihaspati Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly creative and strategic content marketing professional to lead our content initiatives for AI, software development, SaaS, and automation services.

You will own the company's content strategy, create thought leadership content, strengthen our brand positioning, and lead the production of high-quality written and visual content across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy

- Develop quarterly and monthly content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build content calendars for LinkedIn, website, blogs, email marketing, and social media.
- Research competitors, market trends, and customer pain points.
- Define messaging and positioning for software development and AI services.

Content Leadership

- Write high-quality LinkedIn articles, case studies, whitepapers, website content, landing pages, and thought leadership pieces.
- Convert technical projects into compelling business success stories.
- Review and improve content created by junior team members.

Creative Direction

- Conceptualize LinkedIn carousels, presentations, and visual campaigns.
- Guide designers on branding, layouts, and storytelling.
- Ensure consistency across all marketing materials.

Video & Campaigns

- Develop concepts and scripts for videos.
- Plan integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

AI & Innovation

- Leverage AI tools to improve content quality and efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend new content workflows.




- Introduce innovative marketing ideas to improve brand visibility.

Analytics

- Measure content performance using engagement, traffic and lead metrics.
- Continuously optimize content based on performance insights.

Required Skills:

- Exceptional English writing and editing skills.
- Proven experience in B2B technology marketing.
- Strong storytelling and strategic thinking.
- Canva expertise.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Understanding of SEO and LinkedIn content strategy.
- Experience working with AI tools.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in IT Services, SaaS, AI, or Software Development companies.
- Strong portfolio of LinkedIn campaigns, blogs, case studies, videos, and marketing assets.
