Job Title: Career Counsellor

Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Career Counsellor to deliver professional academic and career advisory services. The role requires strong client engagement, conversion capability, and the ability to contribute to organizational growth through effective counselling strategies and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct structured career counselling sessions using need-analysis and profiling techniques
- Manage and convert walk-in enquiries and inbound leads into successful enrollments
- Maintain a high conversion ratio through consultative selling and relationship management
- Execute client engagement strategies to enhance customer experience and retention
- Adhere to defined KPIs, ensuring timely achievement of targets and deadlines
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and follow-up mechanisms
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve service delivery
- Contribute to business expansion through upselling and cross-selling of services

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Psychology, Education, Business Administration)
- 0–3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or client handling roles
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply
