Job Requirements

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Electrician to work at our factory.

The candidate should:

- Have good knowledge of 3-phase electrical connections and systems.
- Be capable of carrying out electrical wiring and installation work.
- Be able to use a multimeter and other electrical testing tools to identify and troubleshoot faults.
- Be capable of performing routine electrical maintenance and basic fault diagnosis.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

Work Schedule

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Tuesday – Sunday
- Weekly Off: Monday
- Leave taken on Sunday will be counted as two days' leave/deduction.
- No paid leave will be provided.
- A maximum of 5 days of leave per month, including the regular Monday weekly offs, will be permitted.
- If the candidate leaves the job within the initial 10–12 days, no salary will be payable for that period.

Required Qualifications

Option 1: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering

Option 2: 10+2 (Senior Secondary) + ITI in Electrical Trade

Relevant factory or industrial electrical experience will be preferred.

Performance & Growth Prospect





- The initial appointment will be for a period of up to 3 months.
- Based on the candidate's performance, attendance, discipline, technical skills, and work accuracy, the company may offer a permanent position.
- A salary appraisal may be considered upon confirmation, based on the candidate's overall performance and contribution.

Interview Requirement

Candidates must carry their original educational certificates and other relevant documents at the time of the interview for verification.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
