- Issue tickets for customers to collect parking fees
- Handle cash and process credit card transactions for parking fees
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and providing information
- Maintain accurate records of parking occupancy
- Monitor and manage parking areas to ensure optimal usage of spaces
- Inspect vehicles for damage upon entry and exit
- Manage the entry and exit of vehicles from the parking lot or garage
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in the parking area
- Assist customers with locating their vehicles
- Report any suspicious activities or persons to security
