We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Academic Counsellor to guide and counsel students regarding suitable academic programs and courses. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand students' requirements and provide appropriate guidance.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, requirements, and career goals.
- Provide accurate information about available courses and assist students throughout the enrollment process.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with interested candidates.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Address student queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and update student and lead information in the CRM or relevant database.
- Achieve assigned admission and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Admissions, or Student Counselling will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
