Job Summary

SRM RM Education Academy Logistics is looking for a Student Counselor to assist prospective students in understanding our logistics and supply chain courses. The role involves handling enquiries, counselling students, following up with interested candidates, and supporting the admissions process.

Responsibilities

- Respond to student enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Explain courses related to logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, shipping, and related fields.
- Understand students’ career goals and provide appropriate course information.
- Explain course fees, duration, eligibility, and other admission details.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents.
- Schedule counselling appointments and institute visits.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.




- Support the admissions team in achieving monthly targets.
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Maintain professional communication with students throughout the admission process.

Requirements

- Plus Two or Degree.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Good interpersonal and customer communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable communicating with students and parents by phone and WhatsApp.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in student counselling, sales, telecalling, or education is an advantage.
