ob Purpose

To design and develop tools, jigs, fixtures, dies, and other tooling required for manufacturing processes, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

- Design tools, jigs, fixtures, dies, and other manufacturing aids.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
- Understand production requirements and develop suitable tooling solutions.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Fabrication teams for tool development.
- Modify existing tools and fixtures as per production requirements.
- Ensure proper dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications in drawings.
- Support trial runs and resolve tooling-related production issues.
- Prepare and maintain tool drawings, BOMs, and technical documents.
- Identify opportunities to improve tooling, productivity, and reduce manufacturing time.




- Ensure tools are designed for safety, durability, and ease of use.
- Follow company quality standards and engineering procedures.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
- Knowledge of jigs, fixtures, dies, and tooling concepts.
- Understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T;, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to coordinate with production and other departments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
