About the Role

ULAMARA is building a premium Indian food and wellness brand featuring traditional health mixes, malts, herbal teas and other curated food products.

We are looking for an energetic and friendly Weekend Stall Sales Executive to represent ULAMARA at apartment-community stalls in Chennai.

This is a people-facing role where you will interact directly with residents, explain our products, conduct sampling and activities, and convert visitors into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage residents visiting the ULAMARA stall.
- Explain products, ingredients, usage and key advantages in a simple and friendly manner.
- Offer product samples and encourage customers to try the products.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.
- Handle sales, payments and basic order recording.
- Promote combo offers, discounts, coupons and lucky-draw activities.
- Encourage customers to purchase multiple products through appropriate upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the stall remains clean and organized.
- Collect customer details, with their consent, for future offers and repeat purchases.
- Participate actively in quizzes, games and other customer-engagement activities.
- Maintain a simple daily record of visitors, samples, orders and sales.
- Coordinate with the ULAMARA team regarding stock, customer feedback and sales performance.
