Evaluate the Performance of the Sales Team and Oversee Sales Activities

Respond to and Resolve Customer Complaints and Inquiries Quickly and Efficiently

Expand the Customer Base by Cross-Selling and Building Rapport

Identify New Sales Opportunities and Participate in Product Development

Ensure Customers are Satisfied Throughout and After the Sales Process

Research Industry Trends and Give Presentations to New Customers
