Job Overview

We are looking for a Finance Controller to manage and monitor the company's finance and accounting activities. The candidate should have good accounting knowledge, solid communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting and finance activities.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial records.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow.
- Ensure timely payment of taxes and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and other external parties.
- Support budgeting and financial planning.
- Analyze financial data and highlight important issues to management.
- Maintain proper financial controls and accounting processes.
- Identify and improve finance and accounting processes.
- Coordinate with the finance team and ensure work is completed on time.
- Communicate clearly with management, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.





Requirements

- Semi-Qualified CA
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.

Preferred

- Experience in month-end and year-end closing.
- Experience in handling audits.
- Experience in preparing MIS and management reports.
- Experience in managing a finance/accounting team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
