Key Responsibilities

- Manage guest support from booking confirmation until tour completion.
- Prepare itineraries, hotel confirmations, vouchers, and other travel documents.
- Coordinate vehicles, drivers, guides, hotels, and other suppliers for smooth tour operations.
- Monitor ongoing tours and quickly handle any operational issues or guest requests.
- Maintain clear communication with guests and travel partners to ensure an excellent travel experience.
- Coordinate with the sales team for a smooth handover and execution of bookings.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in travel, tourism, or tour operations.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle situations calmly.
- Valuable English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of travel operations and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
