We are seeking an experienced, agile, and visionary School Principal to provide academic and administrative leadership and oversee the overall functioning of the school. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and management skills, with a proven ability to maintain high academic standards and foster a positive, disciplined, and student-focused school environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school's academic and administrative operations.
- Develop and implement academic plans, policies, and initiatives in line with the school's vision and curriculum requirements.
- Monitor teaching and learning standards and work closely with teachers to improve academic outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate teachers and other staff members.
- Oversee student discipline,



attendance, safety, well-being, and overall development.
- Monitor lesson planning, assessments, examinations, results, and academic progress.
- Ensure effective implementation of the applicable CBSE / ICSE / State Board curriculum and school policies.

Qualification

- Master's Degree in Education or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. / M.Ed. preferred.
- Candidates with relevant school leadership and administrative experience will be given preference.
- Experience as a Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, Headmistress/Headmaster, or Principal will be an added advantage.
