- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and provide information
- Follow up with inquiries and convert them into admissions/sales
- Greet and assist walk-in visitors/students professionally at the front desk
- Manage appointments, walk-ins, and daily inquiries
- Maintain call records, visitor logs, and data entries in CRM/Excel
- Provide accurate course/service information to students/customers
- Coordinate with faculty and staff for smooth operations
Job Types: Full time, Part-time
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
