Role in the organization, overseeing legal matters and ensuring compliance include

- Manage the full lifecycle of contracts—including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, renewing, and ensuring compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third parties to ensure contracts align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements such as MSAs, NDAs, SaaS contracts, partnership agreements, supply agreements, SLAs, confidentiality and non-compete agreements.
- Coordinate timely execution of LOIs, MOUs, MOAs, AOAs, and other preliminary agreements.
- Support risk mitigation strategies and ensure adherence to corporate policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor contract performance, support dispute resolution, and maintain partner relationships

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration,



or a related field; advanced legal qualification preferred.
- Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance, and risk management best practices.
