Job Title: BHOM / TSOM Engineer

Experience: 2-5 Years

Location: Pune

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Monitoring Tools Consultant with strong expertise in BMC TrueSight Operations Management (TSOM) and BMC Helix Operations Management (BHOM). The candidate should have hands-on experience in Implementation, integrations, troubleshooting, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and manage BHOM/TSOM monitoring solution.
Install and configure and/or migrate Patrol Agents
Develop and maintain event management policies, thresholds etc.
Troubleshoot monitoring issues and perform root cause analysis
Integrate monitoring tools with third-party monitoring and ticketing systems
Document processes and configurations in MS Word and Excel
Experience in migration activities such as TSOM to BHOM





Must Have Skills:
Robust knowledge of TSOM/BHOM architecture
Patrol Agent installation and configuration experience
Understanding of Patrol and Sentry KMs
Event management policies and threshold configuration
Integration with third-party monitoring/ticketing tools, such as Prometheus, ServiceNow etc. and JSON and API integration knowledge
Experience in Shell Scripting, Grafana dashboards, Service Modelling with blueprints
Knowledge of AI/HelixGPT agents
Basic email etiquette

Good to Have Skills:
Python scripting and automation
Kubernetes basics
ITIL knowledge and TSOM/BHOM certifications
