About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our CRM and Retention Marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–1 year of experience who are eager to learn customer lifecycle marketing, email & WhatsApp campaigns, customer engagement, and marketing analytics in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing CRM campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notifications.
- Support customer lifecycle journeys, including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back campaigns.
- Create engaging campaign content, including email copy, WhatsApp messages, and subject lines.
- Segment customer audiences to deliver personalized marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports on key metrics.
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Conduct market research and suggest ideas to improve customer retention and engagement.
- Support marketing automation and other CRM initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 0–1 year of experience or internship exposure in Digital Marketing, CRM,
or Retention Marketing.
- Basic understanding of CRM and Retention Marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, or Marketing Automation is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of platforms like Shopify, CleverTap, Bitespeed, Mailchimp, or similar CRM tools.
- Understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
