Requisites (Core competencies / Skills) :

Those who are comfortable for working on Saturday and Sunday can only apply. One week off in between Monday to Friday. 9 hrs shift.

With Coordination the ideal candidate should be

- Handling walk-in, telephonic and email enquiries & converting them to enrollments to increase the sales volume.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual student enrollment budgets.
- Ensuring adequate batch size is achieved and meeting deadlines of starting a batch.
- Coordinating with faculties and center manager for organizing student selection procedure.
- Streamlining data, updating records, and maintaining reports.

Responsibilities

- Interact with Students,



Parents and Faculties to deliver Academic Outcomes.
- Monitor Academic Performance of students and helping them improve it.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to students and parents.
- Implement the academic process at the center.
- Maintain Attendance, Class Test Marks and other records in System software and Excel / Google Sheets.
- Help in resolving the parental queries and concerns, if any.
- Assist in the day-to-day administration of the center
- Work in a team and help others whenever required.
- Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets.
- Any graduate (preferable). 2+ years of relevant experience in counseling, advising, working with students in educational setting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
