Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, billing, reconciliations, expense tracking, and GST/TDS-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments, using Tally or similar accounting software.
- Maintain accurate ledgers, invoices, customer and vendor accounts, and supporting documents.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with GST and TDS calculations, filings, and documentation.
- Manage petty cash, monitor expenses, and maintain proper records.
- Prepare basic MIS and financial reports for management.
- Ensure all accounting records are accurate, updated,



and properly maintained.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding accounting and payment-related matters.

Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 years of relevant accounting experience. Experience in the travel industry will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
- Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage accounting tasks within deadlines.
