Job Description

Purpose of the Role:

1) To lead the Employee Engagement functions of the HRD in the organisation.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

- EE Policy / SOP Formulation & Communication

- Employee Engagement - Plans & Budget Approval

- Policy framework for formulating CFTs/ TFTs / SITs across Organization

- Ensure HR's Participation in Developmental Initiatives - ACME, ACDE, TQM, I-Focus etc.,

- Conducting Employee Engagment Surveys acrosss Organization

- Standardization of all the Business Processes across all the units with the support of TQM

- Establish the Policies for Rewards and Recognitions

- Formulation of Audit framework for EE - Adherence to SOPs

- Conducting Half yearly audit in all the Units

- EE MIS Reports
