About the Role:

You will be hired under TRooTech Business Solutions and dedicated full-time to SaaS product sales, our AI-powered legal software platform built for the Indian legal market, helping lawyers, law firms and corporates discover and adopt the platform.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a sharp, articulate Business Development Executive to drive outbound sales for the Legal AI SaaS product across the domestic market. This is a high-ownership role suited for someone early in their career who wants to build a foundation in B2B SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calling and outreach to prospective law firms, corporates and individual practitioners with frequent travelling included to client locations
- Explain product value clearly and handle objections confidently
- Qualify leads, schedule demos and explain functionalities
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and pipeline status in CRM




- Meet weekly/monthly outreach and qualified-lead targets
- Gather market feedback and relay it to the product team

Requirements:

- MBA (freshers) or graduate with up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Confident, persuasive phone presence; comfortable with cold outreach
- Basic understanding of SaaS or willingness to learn quickly
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with high call volumes
- Prior internship/experience in sales, telecalling, or client-facing roles is a plus (not mandatory)
