We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, and banquet services. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving revenue and quality targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an F&B; Manager or Assistant F&B; Manager in a 4-Star/5-Star hotel.
- Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, and service standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel POS/PMS systems.
- Willing to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily F&B; operations.
- Lead and train the F&B; team.
- Ensure high guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Monitor food & beverage costs and inventory.
- Coordinate restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
