We are seeking an accomplished and visionary educational leader for the position of Principal with robust academic expertise, administrative capabilities, and leadership experience.

Experience Required:

- Minimum 5–20 years of experience in reputed Cbse Schools as Principal (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in school leadership.
- Prior experience as Principal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage overall school operations, academics, administration, and staff management.
- Drive academic excellence, curriculum planning, and student achievement.
- Ensure compliance with board guidelines, policies, and educational standards.
- Mentor, supervise, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Develop and implement strategies for school growth,



admissions, and stakeholder engagement.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and student-centric learning environment.

Key Skills:

- Strong leadership & people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Expertise in academic planning, curriculum implementation, and school administration.
- Strong understanding of educational policies and school governance.
