Job Summary – Packing & Store Executive

Nostu Food Industries is looking for a responsible and organized Packing & Store Executive to manage day-to-day packing operations, finished-goods storage, inventory movement, and dispatch coordination.

The role is responsible for ensuring that products are properly packed, correctly labelled, safely stored, accurately accounted for, and dispatched on time. The candidate will work closely with the Production, Sales, Procurement, and Administration teams to maintain smooth inventory and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily packing and labelling activities.
- Ensure correct quantity, packaging quality, batch details, dates, and product information on all packed products.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the packing and storage areas.
- Receive finished products from production and arrange them systematically in the store.
- Maintain accurate stock records for finished goods, packaging materials, and other store items.
- Monitor stock movement and maintain proper inward/outward records.
- Prepare products for dispatch according to sales orders and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales and delivery team for timely order dispatch.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO principles wherever applicable.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies immediately.
- Monitor damaged, expired, slow-moving, or near-expiry stock.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food products to maintain product quality.




- Coordinate with production regarding packing material requirements.
- Prepare daily packing, stock, and dispatch reports.
- Assist management in reducing packing material wastage and inventory losses.
- Maintain proper documentation for all stock and dispatch activities.

Candidate Profile

- Food Technology. Food Science Diploma/Degree preferred.
- Previous experience in FMCG, food products, warehouse, packing, or store operations is an advantage.
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge preferred.
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Physically active and comfortable working in a production/store setting.
- Disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and work within deadlines.

Role Objective

The primary objective of the Packing & Store Executive is to ensure that every Nostu Food Industries product moves efficiently from production → packing → storage → dispatch, while maintaining product quality, inventory accuracy, and timely customer fulfillment.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,370.00 per month
