- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Experience with Veeva Vault platform configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management within regulated environments.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies related to Veeva Vault.
- Problem-solving skills focused on optimizing application performance and user experience.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
