CloudPeak Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is the creator of Quick Hub, an all-in-one marketing automation platform that helps small businesses access powerful automation capabilities used by leading brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound international sales calls to prospective clients across global markets.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with international customers in English.
- Pitch and explain the benefits, features, and value proposition of Quick Hub to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate Quick Hub solutions.
- Follow up consistently with leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
- Coordinate with support, operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Provide feedback to the sales and product teams regarding customer requirements,



objections, and market trends.
- Maintain a skilled and positive approach during all customer interactions.

Key Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Candidate should be very fluent and confident in spoken English, with clear pronunciation and the ability to communicate effectively with international customers.
- Comfortable with international telecalling and speaking with customers from different countries/time zones.
- 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, international sales, or business development preferred.
- Solid persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, energetic, persistent, and highly target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
