Position Details:

- Position: Nurse In-Charge
- Location: Khar, Mumbai
- Experience: 6–15 years
- In-Charge Experience: Mandatory
- Oncology Experience: Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day nursing operations in the oncology unit.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the nursing team to ensure quality patient care.
- Ensure protected administration of chemotherapy and other oncology treatments as per protocols.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after chemotherapy and identify adverse reactions promptly.
- Ensure proper documentation of nursing care, medication, treatment, and patient records.
- Coordinate with oncologists, doctors, and other departments for smooth patient care.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, medication safety, and hospital/NABH protocols.
- Prepare duty rosters, manage staffing requirements,



and monitor attendance and performance.
- Conduct nursing training, orientation, and competency assessments for staff.
- Ensure proper handling of emergency situations and timely escalation of critical cases.
- Monitor availability and proper use of medicines, consumables, and nursing equipment.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety, hygiene, and patient experience.
- Handle nursing-related concerns and coordinate with management for resolution.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
