Job Description

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in telesales and cold calling, with excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Explain products/services and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of telesales or cold calling experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience is an advantage.
