As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing business impact through strategic HR initiatives including but not limited to TA, TM, and TR. This role provides direct support to management and supervises our diverse team of 150-200 employees.

Responsibilities will include a spectrum of HR functions including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, and talent management. By aligning HR strategies with corporate values and business objectives, you will help nurture a high-performance culture which promotes inclusion, and drives organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

- HR Strategy and Planning: Conduct strategic workforce planning, talent gap analysis, anticipate future talent needs, develop recruitment and retention strategies, succession plans, and talent development programs aligned with business goals and objectives to drive organizational success.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for technical positions, including job analysis, sourcing, candidate assessment, screening, and onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with the organization’s culture and values.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, design and deliver training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives to develop employee skills and competencies, and promote continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
- Performance Management: Establish performance management systems that include goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback mechanisms, coaching, and development planning to enhance employee performance and align individual goals with organizational objectives.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, variable pay plans, incentives, and other employee benefits, while ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.




- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations, while promoting a positive work setting, fostering open communication, and ensuring fairness and consistency in HR practices.
- Compliance and Policies: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity (EEO), anti-discrimination, harassment prevention, privacy, and data protection laws, to mitigate legal risks and ensure fair treatment of employees.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives, programs, and policies that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, including recruitment strategies, diversity training, employee resource groups, and diversity metrics tracking to promote equity, belonging, and respect among all employees.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven work experience of 8+ years as an HR Manager or similar role in the software industry.

Skills we’re looking for

- Proficiency in HR software (Keka) and tools such as HRIS and ATS.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations, especially for technical roles.
- Ability to analyze HR data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to lead HR teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Current state assessment and needs analysis.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in HR practices and decision-making.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
