About Welnez Hygiene

Welnez Hygiene is a premium wellness retreat launching in Kozhikode. We're a 60,000 sq. ft. facility on 4 acres with 52 luxury rooms and 2 specialty dining outlets, offering comprehensive wellness programs. Our positioning combines clinical wellness excellence with luxury hospitality standards.

Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and health-focused CDP / Commis 1 to lead all kitchen operations at Welnez Hygiene Naturopathy Retreat.

The role requires strong expertise in natural, vegetarian, therapeutic, and naturopathy-based cuisine, with the ability to set up kitchen operations during the project and pre-opening phase.

Key Responsibilities

- Design menus based on naturopathy and therapeutic diet principles.
- Lead and supervise all kitchen operations.
- Ensure strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with naturopathy doctors for diet requirements.
- Recruit, train, and manage kitchen staff.
- Control food cost, inventory, and wastage.
- Maintain consistency in taste, hygiene, quality, and presentation.




- Support pre-opening kitchen setup, trials, and SOP development.

Must Have

- Diploma / Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 4 - 10 years of kitchen experience.
- Prior experience as CDP / Commis 1 preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthy, natural, vegetarian, and diet food preparation.
- Experience in wellness resorts, retreats, or hospitals preferred.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a disciplined wellness environment.
