About the Role

GYANEXA Academy is looking for a motivated and confident Marketing Executive to promote our educational programs, generate student enquiries, build relationships with parents and schools, and contribute to student admissions.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, confidence, a positive attitude, and willingness to work in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Promote GYANEXA's courses and educational programs.

Visit schools, local areas, and potential student/parent locations.

Generate new student leads through field marketing and local outreach.

Communicate with parents and students and explain courses, fees, and facilities.

Follow up with enquiries through telephone and WhatsApp.

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding suitable courses.

Conduct admission follow-ups and help convert genuine leads into admissions.

Distribute brochures, promotional materials, and other marketing materials.

Develop relationships with schools, parents, students, and local communities.

Maintain daily records of leads, visits, calls, and admissions.

Submit regular marketing reports to management.

Achieve monthly lead-generation and admission targets.

Eligibility

Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Previous experience in sales, marketing, education counselling, telecalling,



or field marketing will be an advantage.

Must be comfortable with field work and local travel.

Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and Google applications.

Good Odia communication is essential; basic Hindi/English preferred.

Must be confident while communicating with parents and students.

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹14,000–₹22,000/month

+ Performance-based incentives

Working Conditions

Full-time position

Field + office work

Local travel within the assigned area

Sunday: Weekly off

Candidates should have their own smartphone.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.
