Marketing Executive – Laboratory

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our laboratory’s testing and diagnostic services, develop business relationships, and generate new client opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, visiting clients, explaining laboratory services, and achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote laboratory testing, diagnostic, and related services to potential clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Visit hospitals, clinics, doctors, diagnostic centers, corporate organizations, industries, and other potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Explain laboratory services, test packages, sample collection facilities, turnaround times, and other offerings to clients.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other marketing activities.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
- Coordinate with the laboratory and operations teams to ensure smooth client service.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and address their queries professionally.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and marketing reports.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue,



and client acquisition targets.
- Participate in health camps, awareness programs, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional activities when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in laboratory, diagnostic, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical marketing preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship and business development abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and field marketing.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory/diagnostic services will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
