We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide quality nursing care to patients and support doctors and clinical teams in delivering safe and efficient ophthalmic services.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care to ophthalmic patients.
- Prepare patients for eye surgeries and procedures as per clinical protocols.
- Assist ophthalmologists during OPD procedures, minor procedures, and surgeries.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and clinical observations.
- Administer medications, eye drops, injections, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Ensure proper preparation and maintenance of OT, instruments, and clinical areas.
- Follow infection control, sterilization, and patient safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate nursing records, patient files, and documentation.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding medication, post-operative care,



and follow-up instructions.
- Ensure proper handover of patient information between shifts.
- Monitor availability and expiry of medicines, consumables, and emergency items.
- Handle basic emergency situations and coordinate with doctors when required.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate professional behaviour at all times.
- Support NABH/quality audits and comply with hospital SOPs and regulatory requirements

Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
Experience: 1-3 Years

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
