We are looking for a Process Associate – Onboarding Specialist to manage and support the customer onboarding process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be comfortable interacting with customers in Hindi, English, and Tamil.
Key Responsibilities

- Handle the end-to-end customer onboarding process.
- Communicate with customers and collect the required information/documents.
- Verify customer details and ensure accurate data entry.
- Explain onboarding procedures, requirements, and next steps to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to complete onboarding smoothly.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents or information.
- Maintain accurate records and update the internal system.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
- Ensure onboarding activities are completed within the defined timelines.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Tamil is mandatory.




- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Valuable attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Preferred Skills

- Customer service / telecalling / onboarding experience.
- Experience in KYC, documentation, verification, or operations.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple customers/tasks simultaneously.
