Job Summary

BIMLABS Global is looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound calls, communicate with prospective clients/candidates, generate leads, and support business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and follow up with leads.
- Explain company services and respond to queries.
- Identify potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate call and lead records.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings when required.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development team.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or similar role.




- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
