- 10–15 years of experience in publishing/educational publications, preferably with strong exposure to school books.
- Solid experience in editorial planning, content development, editing, proofreading and quality control.
- Experience handling K–8 school/educational books will be preferred.
- Lead and manage a team of editors, writers and freelancers.
- Handle manuscript evaluation, curriculum alignment, content review and publication scheduling.
- Strong command of English/Hindi language, grammar and educational content.
- Coordinate with authors, illustrators, designers, production and marketing teams.
- Ensure content quality, accuracy, consistency and timely completion of projects.
- Experience with CBSE, ICSE or State Board educational publishing will be an advantage.
- Responsible for pre-press and post-press coordination, including final content checks, proof approval and quality control before and after printing.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per hour
