We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and hardworking Junior Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

The candidate will be responsible for creating attractive marketing creatives and supporting the company's digital marketing activities across social media and online platforms.

This is a good opportunity for a fresher or junior-level candidate who wants to build practical experience in Graphic Designing, Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, SEO, and Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Creative Work

- Create social media posts, banners, posters, promotional creatives, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Create product promotional creatives and campaign designs.
- Maintain consistency in brand colors, fonts, layouts, and overall visual identity.
- Edit images, product photos, and promotional materials.
- Create basic videos/reels and short promotional content when required.
- Work with the marketing team to convert ideas into attractive visual content.

Digital Marketing

- Manage and maintain company social media accounts.
- Plan and publish regular content on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Assist in creating social media content calendars.
- Research trending content, hashtags, competitors, and industry trends.
- Assist with Meta/Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Monitor basic campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Assist with website content and basic SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword and competitor research.
- Help improve online brand visibility and engagement.
- Support Google Business Profile and other online marketing activities.

Content & Marketing Support

- Write basic captions, promotional text, and social media content.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for offers, schemes, and campaigns.
- Assist in creating promotional campaigns for products and festivals.
- Research current digital marketing tools,



AI tools, and creative trends.
- Maintain an organized library of marketing creatives and brand assets.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Canva and/or Photoshop.
- Good understanding of Instagram and Facebook.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing.
- Basic understanding of SEO is preferred.
- Good creativity and visual sense.
- Positive communication skills.
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Good knowledge of English/Hindi.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Candidates with knowledge of AI-based creative and marketing tools will be preferred.
