About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with business leaders and the leadership team on performance analysis, strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making.

The role will involve analysing P&Ls;, business performance and KPIs, developing dashboards and management reports, and using AI tools to generate insights and improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse business and financial performance across Business Units, including revenue, costs, margins, profitability and key variances.
- Conduct regular P&L; reviews and identify key business drivers, trends, risks and opportunities.
- Build and maintain business dashboards,



MIS and management reports to track critical KPIs.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Support strategic initiatives, business reviews, planning and decision-making.
- Conduct market, competitor and industry analysis within the PropTech / Real Estate ecosystem.
- Leverage AI tools hands-on for data analysis, research, reporting, automation and business problem-solving.
- Work closely with Business Unit leaders and cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and drive improvements.

Candidate Profile

- 2–4 years of experience in Strategy, Business Analytics or a similar role.
- Experience in a PropTech company, consulting firm or Founder’s Office preferred.
- Strong understanding of business fundamentals and the PropTech / Real Estate ecosystem.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in P&L; analysis, reporting and dashboarding.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker is an advantage.
- Solid interest and practical experience in using AI tools for analysis and productivity.
