Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, handle queries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure excellent customer service

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day customer communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, Quality, and Accounts teams
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments, and customer requirements
- Maintain customer records and order details




- Collect customer feedback and ensure timely issue resolution
- Prepare customer follow-up and MIS reports

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience is mandatory
- Experience in any manufacturing industry is acceptable
- Strong customer handling and communication skills
- Positive follow-up and coordination abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Customer-focused and proactive approach

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
