Job Overview

We are looking for a enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients over the phone, working on fresh lead databases, making regular follow-up calls, and filtering qualified leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to fresh leads and databases to introduce company products and services.
- Lead Qualification & Filtering: Identify genuine, interested clients and forward qualified leads to the sales executives.
- Follow-Ups: Conduct regular and timely follow-up calls with prospective clients to build interest and line up meetings/site visits.
- Inbound Handling: Address incoming client inquiries politely and provide basic information about offerings.
- Record Keeping: Maintain daily call records, client feedback,



and lead status accurately in MS Excel / CRM.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any stream.
- Language: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi; functional English is a plus.
- Skills:
- Energetic, polite, and convincing phone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email handling).
- Good listening skills and ability to handle customer objections calmly.
- Attributes: Punctual, target-oriented, and reliable.
