Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects.
- Plan and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, vendors, and media partners.
- Generate quality leads through various marketing channels.
- Manage social media, website, and brand communication.
- Track campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.
- Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and site launch activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and conversions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of marketing experience (Real Estate preferred).
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
