Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Chennai team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, conducting field visits, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Identify new customers and business opportunities.
- Meet prospective and existing customers regularly.
- Promote company products and services.
- Prepare and follow up quotations and sales proposals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers for orders and payments.
- Maintain daily sales activities, customer data, and reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good lead-generation and customer-handling ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field sales.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits
