- Audio Integration: Sync dialogue, mix background tracks, add sound effects, and clean up background noise to ensure high-quality audio experiences.
- Visual Enhancement: Apply basic motion graphics, text captions, titles, color correction, and color grading to ensure a consistent aesthetic tone.




- Multi-Format Optimization: Reformat and optimize video exports for various aspect ratios and delivery specifications (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, broadcast).
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with directors, producers, and marketing teams to implement feedback and refine rough cuts into approved final deliverables.
- Asset Management: Maintain a structured, backed-up file management system using proper naming conventions for all project files and archival media.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Proven professional experience as a Video Editor backed by a strong portfolio or showreel of completed work.
- Software Proficiency: Mastery of Non-Linear Editing (NLE) tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Motion & Design: Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop for basic graphic design integration.
- Technical Acumen: Complete understanding of video formats, codecs, compression standards, and multi-track audio.
- Modern Tools: Comfort utilizing AI-assisted editing, automated transcription, and cloud-based workflow platforms to maximize efficiency.
- Soft Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, solid time-management habits to meet tight deadlines, and openness to collaborative feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Film Studies, Media Production, Cinematography, or a related field (exceptional showreels accepted in lieu of a degree).
