Job Description — Tour Consultant (Experienced)

Role Summary

We're looking for an experienced Tour Consultant who can design and sell customized domestic and international itineraries, manage the client relationship end-to-end, and coordinate closely with our vendor and visa teams to deliver a premium, high-touch travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budget, and occasion; design tailored itineraries for both leisure and B2B/MICE group travel.

- Sell and upsell packages across our core destinations — Malaysia-Singapore, Japan-Korea, China, and domestic circuits like Manali, Shimla, Kashmir, and Gangtok.

- Prepare accurate quotations and costings, negotiate with vendors and suppliers (hotels, DMCs, transport, activities) for the best rates.

- Manage bookings and client communication end-to-end, before, during, and after the trip, ensuring a high-touch, premium experience.





- Coordinate with the visa process manager to keep clients informed of documentation timelines and requirements.

- Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in the CRM (Bitrix24), and meet monthly sales/conversion targets.

- Stay current on destination trends, seasonal pricing, and new experiential offerings to keep proposals competitive.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience as a tour consultant, travel counsellor, or similar role at a travel agency, tour operator, or DMC.

- Strong working knowledge of the destinations above, or a demonstrated ability to build deep destination expertise quickly.

- Comfortable with CRM tools, itinerary/quotation software, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-relationship skills; confident handling high-value clients and corporate/MICE accounts.

- Target-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple client itineraries simultaneously.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
