Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to support our pharmaceutical sales and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to pharmacies, distributors, doctors/clinics, and other relevant customers, explaining our products, generating leads, following up on enquiries, and supporting sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to pharmacies, distributors, clinics, hospitals, and potential customers.
- Introduce and explain pharmaceutical products, offers, and company services.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and lead conversion.




- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate product information.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and distributors.
- Share customer feedback and market information with the sales team.
- Follow company policies and applicable pharmaceutical promotional guidelines.

Requirements

- Graduation
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, pharma, healthcare, or FMCG is preferred.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM systems.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to handle targets and work independently.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
