Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage teams, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in restaurant operations, and the ability to manage multiple operational requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, guide, and monitor restaurant staff to achieve operational and business targets.
- Monitor sales, productivity, expenses, and overall restaurant performance.
- Conduct regular operational checks and ensure all areas meet company standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
- Manage staff discipline, attendance, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to improve service quality and productivity.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Kitchen, Purchase, and other departments for smooth restaurant operations.
- Monitor inventory, wastage, expenses,



and other operational costs.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service.
- Conduct regular team briefings and communicate company instructions effectively.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly operational and performance reports to management.
- Take corrective actions wherever required to improve restaurant performance and profitability.
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction and maintain a positive dining experience.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Restaurant Management / F&B; Operations.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and team management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage staff and handle operational challenges independently.
- Good understanding of hygiene, food safety, SOPs, and customer service standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Candidates with experience in handling high-volume restaurants will be preferred.
