Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote company products/services, generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, executing marketing activities, and expanding business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities and sales leads
- Promote company products and services to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and proposals
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with production, technical, and customer support teams for smooth order execution
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, payments, and customer feedback
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Manage digital marketing activities through platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Prepare sales reports, customer data, and market analysis reports
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows,



and client meetings

Required Skills

- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Positive understanding of marketing strategies and customer engagement
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM is a plus
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion
- Strong presentation and convincing skills
- Problem-solving and target-oriented mindset

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- 1–5+ years of experience in sales and marketing (industry-specific experience preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, or corporate sales
- Knowledge of lead generation and customer acquisition strategies
- Familiarity with online marketing tools and analytics

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
