Position: Video Editor & Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our institution. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging videos, graphics, promotional materials, social media content, and other visual communications that strengthen the institution’s brand and effectively showcase academic activities, events, achievements, and student life.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing

- Edit videos for academic programs, events, workshops, seminars, celebrations, and promotional campaigns.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, interviews, testimonials, and promotional videos.
- Edit footage with appropriate transitions, music, sound effects, subtitles, color correction, and motion graphics.
- Capture and organize photo/video content during important institutional events when required.
- Create video content suitable for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure all videos maintain professional quality and follow institutional branding guidelines.

Graphic Design

- Design posters, banners, brochures, flyers, certificates, invitations, presentations, and digital advertisements.
- Create social media posts, stories, thumbnails, and campaign creatives.
- Design visual content for admissions, events, announcements, achievements, and institutional activities.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, logos, layouts, and overall brand identity.
- Prepare designs for both digital and print requirements.

Content & Creative Support

- Work closely with management, faculty, admissions, and marketing teams to understand content requirements.




- Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for institutional campaigns.
- Maintain an organized library of photos, videos, design files, and other media assets.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, design trends, and content formats.
- Complete projects within agreed deadlines while maintaining quality.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of video editing and graphic design.
- Good understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, typography, and visual composition.
- Ability to create short-form social media content.
- Good photography and videography skills will be an advantage.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Degree/Diploma/Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Film Making, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred. Freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered.
- Candidates should have a portfolio/showreel demonstrating their design and video-editing skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
